Allen Stambaugh
CPA
Allen Stambaugh, a CPA registered in Pennsylvania, brings expertise in auditing for diverse businesses and tax preparation for individuals and businesses alike. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Richmond, he honed his skills at PricewaterhouseCoopers, auditing international Fortune 500 companies and understanding accounting systems within organizations. Allen’s focus now lies in comprehensive tax preparation and accounting services for businesses and individuals, emphasizing his commitment to the accounting field and the Lancaster community.
Stella Saxinger
Accountant
Stella Saxinger has worked as an accountant in a broad range of industries, which include family-owned restaurants, advertisement and manufacturing. Currently she uses her knowledge of business operations and accounting to help individuals and business owners resolve their tax problems.
Stella joined the firm in 2013, and has more than 15 years of accounting experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Millersville University and her M.B.A from Lebanon Valley College.
Stella and her family are longtime residents of Lancaster, PA where they are very active in their church, local schools and community.
Nikki Fernandez
Office Administrator
Nikki Fernandez is a trained bookkeeper with experience working with construction and other small businesses. She joined the Stambaugh team in 2021 to serve as the office administrator. Nikki specializes in helping clients navigate the byzantine filing requirements for sales, payroll, and other taxes. She also works with clients to make sure Stambaugh has all of the information needed to provide the best results possible.

For more than 20 years, Stambaugh Law Offices, founded by Charles Allen Stambaugh, III Esq., has guided individuals through tough financial times, especially regarding tricky tax issues. Initially, Charles worked as a turnaround specialist for a bank, helping struggling businesses find a way out of their financial crises. His experience provided invaluable insight into resolving tax problems for over 1000 clients, ranging from payroll complications to sorting out unfiled tax returns.
Then, in 2016, Allen Stambaugh, a seasoned CPA with a background at PwC, joined forces with Charles. This dynamic pairing transformed the firm into Stambaugh Tax Law & Accounting, expanding our services to include tax preparation and outsourced accounting. With Charles’s extensive tax law know-how and Allen’s accounting prowess, we aim to make taxes less overwhelming for everyone. We’re here to provide comprehensive solutions, and our dedication to offering regular access to a CPA at no extra cost has helped our clients save about 25% through improved reporting since we started in 2000.
